Focus Groups
Our focus groups bring together people living with dementia, carers, and healthcare professionals to discuss experiences and shape the future of care. These open conversations allow us to gather real-world insights into the challenges faced by those affected, ensuring our services are relevant, responsive, and inclusive.
We use this feedback to identify barriers, co-produce new solutions, and improve access and outcomes. Focus groups are also a space for connection, advocacy, and empowerment — amplifying voices that are often overlooked in traditional systems.

Housing Advice and Advocacy
We assist people who are living in unsuitable housing or at risk of eviction, helping them understand their rights, complete applications, and access safe, affordable accommodation. We also liaise with landlords and councils to advocate on behalf of our clients and ensure their voices are heard.

Benefits Support
Many people miss out on financial support simply because they don’t know what they’re entitled to or find the process too complex. We provide hands-on help with benefits claims, appeals and budgeting. Our approach is calm, respectful and person-centred — focused on removing barriers and restoring dignity.
Referral Pathways
Where additional or specialist support is needed, we help people access other services by providing warm, supported referrals. Whether it’s for mental health, substance misuse, legal issues or social connection, we make sure the journey to help is smooth, joined-up and built around the person’s needs.
Extra Care Housing Support
We work closely with individuals, families and providers to support people living in Extra Care schemes. Our team offers guidance around tenancy, care coordination and maintaining independence. We support residents in building confidence, staying connected and accessing the right help at the right time.
