Dementia Diversity Xchange Network

The Dementia Diversity Xchange Network (DDXN) is a “Hub” organisation working with commissioners and providers to co-ordinate and facilitate the exchange of information and knowledge to improve the pathway for BME people living with dementia.

It is a conduit for pooling knowledge, resources, ideas, solutions, innovations, and best practice.

The Network Xchange actively seeks to improve the well-being of BAME people living with dementia through a programme of information, advice and support services.

The focus is on enhancing the cultural competency of individuals and organisations from statutory, non-statutory and voluntary sector.
